【時代論壇訊】使命公民運動聯同教牧關懷團、基督徒關懷香港學會、循道衛理聯合教會馬鞍山堂社會事務關注委員會及基督徒社關團契合共五個團體，以及一百名發起人，在十二月十六日晚上於使命公民運動專頁呼籲，信徒在十二月廿三日及三十日的主日崇拜中穿黑衣，以示願意與中國教會一起面對近來的逼迫，一同守望和關注、迫切禱告。
發起團體指出，黑色在崇拜中是紀念主耶穌受苦的顏色。基督降生，正是與受迫害受困苦的人同在。該呼籲指我們記念基督在卑微困苦中降生，並盼望主的降臨，這是聖誕節的雙重意義。而在聖誕節前夕，國內弟兄姊妹所受的苦難和壓迫不斷加劇，懇求祂解救弟兄姊妹們的災難，賜予堅忍的愛心與滿有盼望的忍耐面對逼迫。發起團體又呼籲教會及信徒，可為中國教會及信徒公禱及私禱，也可自組祈禱會，關心受逼迫的中國教會；而且為中國政府及那些以為逼迫教會是執法的人祈禱，願他們認識主耶穌。
使命公民運動成員陸鳳萍書面回覆本報指，現時整個活動都未有一個確實參與人數，就現時供參加者填寫的表格可見，反應比他們預期中積極，同時使命公民運動會聯絡個別教會／教牧。另一位使命公民運動成員郭偉聯博士則對本報表示，據他所知，基督教銘恩堂將全堂推動這場運動。
陸鳳萍又指發起團體將舉辦一些後續課程或講座，可能在明年春季舉行。因為他們認為中國教會這議題不是一時的事，他們希望通過是次行動把信徒聚合作長期的關注，增進對中國教會認識是十分重要，也是不可缺少的一步。
發起團體指如支持及參與此行動，可填寫相關表格https://goo.gl/Z4VQUG。據表格顯示，大會亦正籌備相關的祈禱小組及課程供信徒參與。在該一百位發起人的名單當中，可見一些知名信徒教牧如劉進圖、胡志偉、莫慶聯；又有一些以往較少在公開聯署出現的名字如滕張佳音、鄧紹光等。

基督被逼迫，你看到嗎？
中國教會受逼迫，基督的身體受傷受苦，你看到嗎？
最近數個星期，一段段文字、一幕幕的影像，讓我們看到中國教會的弟兄姊妹因追隨基督大遭苦難。
中國政府拘捕、檢控、暴力對待弟兄姊妹，拆十架、炸教堂，令我們想起主基督在使徒行傳第9章向逼迫教會的掃羅問道：「你為甚麼逼迫我？」
逼迫教會，就是逼迫教會的元首基督。基督徒面對逼迫，要明白不單是我們自己受苦，主基督與我們一同受苦。
在啟示錄中，曾被殺的羔羊向使徒約翰宣告上主在掌權。已復活升天的基督，在教會大遭患難的時候，顯現並宣告祂與眾聖徒同在，一同受苦。基督在受苦中與我們同在，我們在受苦中與基督同在。
我信聖徒相通，如保羅（就是那個原來逼迫信徒，後來卻悔改皈信的掃羅）教導我們：「若一個肢體受苦，所有的肢體就一同受苦；若一個肢體得榮耀，所有的肢體就一同快樂。」（哥林多前書十二章26節）
中國教會在大逼迫、大患難中，我們心連心。
（1）我們謹此以至誠的心、禱告的心，邀請大家在12月23日及30日的主日穿黑衣，以表明我們願意與中國教會一起，守望和關注，迫切禱告。
黑色在崇拜中是紀念主耶穌受苦的顏色，並非聖誕節期的禮儀顏色，但基督降生，以馬內利，就是神與人同在，與正在受迫害受困苦的人同在；基督同受苦難，拯救在患難、困苦中的人（太一20-2:23）。教會在迫害中看見復活的主、羔羊坐在天上的寶座（啟七9-17）。我們記念基督的出生，記念基督在卑微困苦中降生，並盼望主的降臨。這是聖誕節的雙重意義。
聖誕節前夕，國內弟兄姊妹所受的苦難和壓迫不斷加劇，我們又豈能不記念他們？就讓我們以具體行動，表明我們與中國教會同心、同行，仰望以馬內利、與我們同擔苦難的主，懇求祂解救弟兄姊妹們的災難，賜予堅忍的愛心與滿有盼望的忍耐，面對逼迫。
（2）同時，我們又呼籲教會及信徒為中國教會及信徒公禱及私禱，也可自組祈禱會，關心受逼迫的中國教會。
（3）我們也呼籲教會及信徒，為中國政府及那些以為逼迫教會就是執法的人祈禱，求主基督的恩典臨到他們，如同昔日臨到掃羅一樣，讓他們明白真理，認識我主耶穌。

“In solidarity with suffering, let’s wear black.”
- Walking with China’s persecuted church
“Saul, Saul! Why do you persecute me?”（Acts 9:4)
“If one part of the body suffers, all the other parts suffer with it; if one part is praised, all the other parts share its happiness.”（1 Cor 12:26）
Christ is being persecuted. Do you not see it?
The church in China is being persecuted, Christ’s body hurt and wounded. Do you not see it?
In recent weeks, texts and visuals from China have shown massive acts of persecution against the Christian community. Brothers and sisters are suffering for following Christ.
The Chinese government has resorted to arrests, prosecutions and acts of violence against believers. Churches have had their cross torn down and places of worship demolished.
When the church is persecuted, its head, the Christ, is persecuted. When Christians suffer for our faith, Christ suffers in our midst.
In the Book of Revelation, the Lamb who was once slain declared before the Apostle John his saving presence in times of trouble. The resurrected and risen Christ would be with his saints in their suffering. In our suffering we experience the presence of Christ.
In the words of Paul, the Saul who had once taken joy in the persecution of believers, “If one part of the body suffers, all the other parts suffer with it; if one part is praised, all the other parts share its happiness.“（1 Cor 12:26)
The church in China is experiencing dire persecution and disaster. Our hearts beat as one.
Prayerfully, we invite you to join us in a symbolic act on the Sunday of 23rd and 30th of December. We sincerely invite you to attend the day’s service wearing black. It is a sign of solidarity with our brothers and sisters in China, of togetherness and watchfulness.
In Christian worship, black is the colour commemorative of the passion of Christ. It is not a traditional Christmas ritual hue. Yet, recent events are also reminding us that this is no less a season of Emmanuel, God with us, particularly with the humble and the powerless.
Christmas is drawing near. Pressure in various forms is being exerted on the Christian community in China. How can we not remember them in our prayers?
We urge the churches in this city to make such intercession a regular exercise in their on-going devotional life, both personal and corporate.
Our prayers should include intercession for the Chinese government and officials who might have taken to equate their acts of persecution with law enforcement. May the light of Christ also shine on them as it did Saul in days of old.
